Website Terms
The ground rules for using the JOLSY website.
What JOLSY is
JOLSY is a travel discovery and enquiry service. JOLSY does not itself sell package holidays, flights, accommodation, insurance or other travel services through this website.
Trip ideas and matcher results
Guide recommendations and matcher results are editorial travel inspiration. They are not a guarantee that a resort, journey, price, property, weather condition, snow condition or third-party service will be available or suitable when you book.
Third-party providers
If you deal with a travel operator, hotel, airline, transfer company or other provider, your booking and contract will normally be with that provider and subject to its terms, prices and policies.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking passports, visas, entry rules, insurance, health requirements, ability requirements, safety information and other requirements relevant to your trip.
Affiliate links
Some links are affiliate links. See the Partner Disclosure for how JOLSY labels and uses them.
Intellectual property
The JOLSY name, logo, original copy, layout, matcher logic and original brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party material remains the property of its respective owner.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of JOLSY while the service develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, JOLSY is not responsible for losses caused by relying on out-of-date third-party information, third-party failures or events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
